CAPE has been providing services to children and families. This year we celebrate 60 years of providing services to the Tri-Valley. We provide TK all day, preschool and childcare services to families at no cost or low cost through Head Start and State Preschool funding. We now also offer services in Central Alameda. Jim found the truck out in a field near Redding, CA in 1970 and paid $25 The Arnolds have enjoyed many adventures throughout California, as well as traveling with Spot to Mazatian, Mexico and Fairbanks, Alaska. and plan to "Keep on Trucking"!
