In 2008 the Sommerfest moved to the Livermore Valley Plaza, in front of the Bankhead theater.
The event is a fundraiser for the Livermore Cultural Arts Council
German music, dance, food, and beer were all featured in a fun filled evening.
It took place on June 21, 2008 which was the 2nd day of Sommer.
