The Arroyo Seco Elementary School Parent Teacher Association will present its annual school carnival this Saturday, March 1 from noon until 4:00p.m. The celebration is open to the public and will feature games, prizes, face painting, food and a sale of used books, audio, video and software for people of all ages.
