Let's Go Science - 5/23/2010

Let's Go Science is part of the Family Fun Series.
It is a look at “how things work” with Professor Smart and Dr. Knowitall. The Professor juggles, shrinks his head and has people’s hair standing on end, while researcher and comedic sidekick Dr. Knowitall keeps the facts straight.

Demonstration of an air foil.
The old appliance store trick, creating a "cup" of air, holding the ball.
It works at an angle also.
How far does the wind go?
....About 20 feet.
The spinning pie plate, demonstrating the gyroscopic effect.	The center of gravity on the cane, and the cane on the forehead.
