Family Night, June 11, 2009

Family Night is held each year on the Thursday of Rodeo Week.
Parking and admission is Free
Hot dogs, and soft drinks are sold for $1 each.

The main events are Local Team Roping and Wild Cow Milking.

Local Team Roping
The Header (left side of calf, toward the back) catches the steer around the horns or neck.
The Healer then catches the calf around both hind legs.  One leg is a 5 second penalty.
 

 

 

 

 

Only one leg is caught, yielding a 5 second penalty.
