Upstairs, now used as storage area.  This photo is looking toward the north window.

 


You can get an idea of the thickness of the walls in this photo.  There is a cutout for a window between the the two wooden beams.  The walls are about 2 feet thick.

 


Original wood makes up the first story ceiling / second story flooring.

 


The marks on the wooden post and the exposed bricks are from horses, which were stabled at this portion of the barn
